As part of a research project being conducted for California’s Fourth Climate Change Assessment, ICF, Local Government Commission, and Susanne Moser Research & Consulting are requesting your input through an online survey to better understand the financial barriers and challenges that California local governments face related to implementing climate change adaptation measures.
