Coastal Erosion causes State of Emergency in Pacific, CA
The City of Pacifica has declared a State of Emergency and has condemned an apartment complex teetering on the edge of an eroding bluff, a direct result of the recent El Nino storms. The City forced residents of the complex, anticipating that sections of the bluff will collapse within the week.
