Claudia Avendano is a Senior Coastal Scientist at V.P. Coastal Planning International, and a PhD candidate in Policy Planning and Development, specializing in Coastal Land-use in Response to Sea Level Rise. Claudia has a Master’s of Science in Geography and Environmental Justice and Coastal Zone Management, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Oceanography.
